Defensive Lineman - "LT" Lawrence Taylor

If we are talking about the Bucs, and not the NFL then it would be:
Offensive player - Jimmy Giles (amazing RB when healthy)
Defensive player - too many to pick from including Ronde Barber, Warren Sapp, John Lynch, Derrick Brooks...
