I have 1 dog (a mutt) and 2 tabby cats.

two wiener dogs. one really old and senile and one not even 6 months old yet. one has accidents in the house due to his age and one isn't housebroken. Not to mention the two kids I have still in diapers. I clean up shit all day long.

Haha I have 3 dogs and a cat. Thedogs range in size from an English Pointer/Lab to an Australian Shephard to a chihuahua. The English pointer is estimated to be around 12 years old now. Estimated because we saved her off the street about 4 years ago and she weighed less than 25 pounds, not she's a solid 55-60 and the doctors estimated her to be about 8 years old. The Australian Shephard is about 40 pounds at 10 months old, and the chihuahua is 2 years old.
The cat is a himilayian at 10 years of age, big fluff ball to so while skull and bones is picking up shit everywhere, we're cleaning up puppy excitement pee and hairballs.

my previous 2nd dog was a 90 pound neurotic Great Pyrenees. We found her another home after our girls were born because it was too much and the breed wasn't what I was expecting it to be. The main reason I got her was for home protection but she was scared of her own shadow. And you couldn't possibly know how bad the shedding was and I didn't have a half hour a day to waste grooming her. And while most puppies go thru a chewing phase you are usually talking about things like shoes. She crewed an entire kitchen island. I'm sticking to small short haired dogs like my Dachshund from now on.

My dogs I grew up with are still alive living at my parents house. Rottweiler, and a whippet.
